Parcel handover
At handover, the sender gives their pickup code to the traveller, who enters it to take charge of the parcel.
In transit
The parcel travels in the suitcase to Cotonou, Lomé or Abidjan. The sender follows every step.
Delivered → payment released
The recipient gives their delivery code. Entering it releases the traveller's payout. The commission is taken at that moment.

Declared contents
The sender declares the contents and confirms there are no prohibited items. The traveller can inspect and refuse.
